increases wellbeing. By spending time relaxing and getting into the parasympathetic state this can help with general wellbeing and fantastic for stress relief. I have advanced training in fertility, maternity, menopause and children/baby reflexology. I also offer facial reflexology, the Mian Dui treatment is a fusion of uplifting facial massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, facial reflexology and working the face with crystals. I offer reflexology in my private home treatment room in Bishop's Stortford. The luxurious and relaxing treatment is Β£50 for a 1 hour treatment.

The summer break can feel overwhelmingly busy, it's good to have some grounding techniques ready to use in the moments when calmness feels hard to reach.

Lavender is in full bloom during summer (when some of us find ourselves searching for calm more often) so it's a great time to make some little calming lavender bags to tuck into your pocket or bag. It's an easy summer activity that the kids can help with too!

Many of my clients mention how lovely my treatment room smells, did you know it is a lavender room spray? It is almost an instance calm for my clients (and me too)!

When my brain is in overdrive and my head is spinning with thoughts, finding just one small thing to break the spinning and encourage stillness.

For me, this is spending time with my lovely Rosie. Sitting with her, cuddling her and watching her stillness, gently brings me back into the present moment.

It's not about fixing the thoughts, it's about reminding me that I CAN slow down, that I don't have to carry everything at once.

For seven years I was focusing solely on business and mindset coaching. However, during the global pandemic I adapted to my clients needs. I now have a unique focus on women’s health as I recognise the need for women to give themselves the time and space to create their calm, manage capacity and manage their stress better.

I’m Sanchia Aronberg and my business is Mind and Body. I offer women's health coaching, reflexology and holistic treatments at my sanctuary, my private home treatment room in Bishop’s Stortford.
I have advanced reflexology training in fertility and menopause support.

My son and daughter sometimes ask what I love about feet!! Actually, it is a frequently asked question from many πŸ€£πŸ‘£
So I will tell you what I say to them.

It is NOT about feet it is about helping my clients to put their wellbeing first. By disconnecting from your world, even just for an hour, it allows you the headspace to calm your nervous system, manage your capacity and deal with the stresses of life better.

Like my client who I have been supporting through fertility treatments and who recently welcomed her baby boy into the world after 3.5 years of trying to conceive.

The client who was so anxious when she arrived and then afterwards said her anxiety was about 100 out of 10 and now felt like 7 out of 10.

The client who sleeps better, the client who uses one of my tools to minimise her stress or the client who says they are so relaxed that she said afterwards that she felt like she just had an 8 hour sleep!
