Breathe Pilates Studio 2.0, mood board reveal 🤍

We are carrying the same sense of calm, zen and serenity from our first studio into our Bishops Waltham high street space, expressed through soft neutrals, warm woods, calm textures and grounding greens.

A studio designed to feel calm the moment you step inside. Thoughtful, welcoming and considered, where reformer and mat Pilates can be practiced with focus, flow and ease.

Our ethos has always been about slowing things down, moving efficiently, getting stronger and breathing better. This studio is extension of our current space, created to help you feel supported, capable and at home.

Our team is made up exclusively of clients we have mentored and students we have trained, who have grown into instructors aligned with our ethos, quality, structure and skill set. Each brings their own creativity, personality and individuality, while working under the same Breathe umbrella. This means you can move between days and times knowing you will receive the same high standard of teaching and quality across every Breathe instructor.
We cannot wait to bring the studio vision to life ✨

Our next combined Mat and Reformer course starts this January and runs through to June.

You will qualify at level 3 in both disciplines with the confidence, teaching skills and support to step straight into the studio.

This group course upholds an incredibly high standard and includes hands on learning, expert guidance and a clear structure that takes you from the foundational principles to teaching real sessions.
