For a lot of people, “it’s fine” doesn’t mean fine.

It can mean:
• “I don’t feel heard”
• “I don’t know how to explain this”
• “I don’t want this to turn into an argument”
• “My feelings don’t feel important enough”

Over time, this can lead to:
💭 Built-up resentment
💭 Disconnection in relationships
💭 Feeling unheard or overlooked

Learning to express what you really feel — safely and confidently — can make a huge difference.
