Aromatherapy massage;offering prescriptive blending to suit the individual. Full body including face £40; (1&1/2 hours)
Back, neck and Shoulders £30 (45 mins)
Facial,£18 (30 mins)

1 hour Foot or Hand Reflexology treatments.£30

Indian head massage £25 (45 mins)

Holistic Massage.£30 (1 hour )

Reiki £15 ( 45 mins )

I can also offer nutrition advice

I have a sound understanding of Holistic Management of numerous common ailments. I'm a Self Employed Complementary Therapist practicing Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Sports and remedial massage, nutririon advice & Reiki. I work from home but can also offer workshops on self massage and stretching techniques, reflexology for the family, basic aromatherapy or any wellbeing based workshops with consultation. I also Have a big bell tent and can work at outdoor events such as festivals. Complementary therapies are ideal for anybody who would like to have a better immune system, remain stress free and relaxed. These therapies can also be used in a clinical setting for sufferers of many illnesses and diseases.

I am proud that Nightsafe helped over 12,500 homeless young people, provided 36,500 nights off the street and 125,000 meals. Proud of volunteers who have come from across the world to give time to help young people. Proud of seeing young people arrive in crisis and watch them turn their life around
