Fantastic day spent with learning how to correctly Sling wear.

It's such a undervalued but essential tool for Dads to Sling wear. It allows for that bond and closeness to form, it allows warmth and comfort for you both and it also earns extra brownie points because it allows your partner some time to themselves! Loved learning this and thank you once again.

Are you a bereaved Dad having experienced, miscarriage, babyloss, neonatal or child loss? If the answer is yes, then we have a group for you!

❤️The programme provides a supportive and safe environment where dads can come together to socialise, engage in physical activity, celebrate their children and heal collectively.

Taking place, every Friday at the Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre 8-9pm.

Had the pleasure of being invited down to the Family Fitness Festival at Witton Park this weekend 💙

I was there repping and , chatting with families (especially the dads!) about the importance of mental health, connection, and support in those early parenting years.

It was amazing to see so many people coming together to celebrate fitness, family, and wellbeing — because a healthy family isn’t just about muscles and miles… it’s about talking, listening, laughing, and looking out for each other too 💪🧠👨‍👩‍👦

Oh — and yes… this incredibly cheesy photo of me exists now 😂📸 But hey, all for a good cause!

Great to be a part of this fantastic event and seeing all the wonderful families and services come together for one big celebration was awesome!
