"It was a beautiful moment but no parent should ever hold their baby until their heart stops beating."

Zack (Gladiator's Steel) and his wife Samantha were on Loose Women today, sharing their experience of baby loss. The couple's son Leo sadly died at just 13 days old earlier this year, after being born prematurely.

Zack spoke about his experience of grief as a dad, and how he wants to do something positive to honour his son. He'll be taking part in a burpee challenge later this year to raise money for charity.

We're grateful to the couple for opening up and raising awareness of both premature birth and neonatal death.
