When I pause and look around at my life, I have built a life I love. I live by the beach just like I wanted to. I have a gorgeous community of people around me. I have a career I love.

I have a beautiful family that I advocate for fiercely and often. It isn't all easy but I love my life.

I only have a life I love because I chose it, everyday. I have actively decided what I want and moved towards that. In big and little ways, daily.

Now, that it's embodied and part of my every day life, I want to share the Alchemy with you. Easy steps to create the life you love.

Life Coach,

On and on I could go.
The truth is I don't heal you or initiate you,
I just guide you back to what you already know,
Yes I can help YOU move the energy,
Yes I can help YOU to connect in,
Yes I can teach YOU what I know.

But what happens with that is up to you. How you use it. How you experience it and what you do next is what matters.

I am here to guide, to show you the path but you have to choose to walk it.

Learning the old ways.
Reconnecting with the Earth and Universe together is what draws women to these spaces.
Remembering who they are with others.
Remembering they aren't crazy just disconnected and disempowered by the world around us.

It is Beltane 💕🌷

This is the celebration of the start of summer. Traditionally, couples got married in handfasting ceremonies on Beltane and jumped over the beltane fire to ensure fertility in their marriage.

Today is all about the senses, fertility, and the flourishing that happens in summer.

Her phases reflect the cyclical nature of life, reminding us of the constant ebb and flow of energy. The Moon’s quiet power invites us inward, encouraging reflection and emotional clarity. By aligning with her rhythm, we deepen our connection to nature and our inner selves. Sinead will talk more in depth about each phase of the Moon's cycles on the 3rd of May at Over the MOON St Annes at 9.30am.

That is how powerful meditation can be. 💕

Taking time to regulate your mind and nervous system is really important to how we show up.

Meditation is a skill. It's something that has to be learned and practised. It can be an amazing tool when you learn how to meditate.

Tonight at 7 pm, I am holding a guided meditation session. Whether you have mediated before or not, it is a session for you.

I am excited to be hosting a Beltane Circle on the 1st of May ✨️

Beltane marks the beginning of summer. It is the celebration of fertility and renewal as the sun returns.

We will be celebrating Beltane with a fire, food, and guided soul journey to strengthen our manifestations.

Ground, Connect, and Protect is one of the first things I teach my Sacred Union Healing students.

It's important that they can do this for themselves and guide anyone they practice healing with through this process to ensure everyone's energy is protected. Another reason is so that everyone gets to experience the Sacred Union Connection. It's a non-negotiable daily practice for me as it allows me to protect my own energy and move through life in a grounded and intuitive way.

The connection to Mama Earth energy makes me feel calmer, less anxious, and able to embody things more quickly. It helps my nervous system feel calmer and day to day life less of a roller coaster. The connection to the universe allows the guidance and my intuition to be more clear and available as I choose and create the life I want. By strengthening my aura, I know what my emotions are, feelings, and thoughts are. I am less affected by other people's feelings, emotions, and reactions. It allows me to keep my boundaries strong and not be swayed by others.

You can learn this practice and gain a better understanding of the Sacred Union connection on Friday, 2nd of May 10-4pm learning Sacred Union Healing Level One.

You will have seen my post about Sacred Union Healing and Numerology but not be quite sure what Sacred Union is.

Sacred Union is the connection to the Universal/Divine energy and Mama Earth energy in our body. Through our chakras and energy system. Each Chakra is connected to a number.

In Sacred Union Healing Level One, you learn all about your energy, how to clear stagnant energy, and refuel your chakras so that the energy is in constant flow. You will learn all about your aura and how to protect your energy and start your journey working with energy.

I am teaching Level One on Friday, 2nd May 10-4pm
