✨ Lead, support, and supervise care staff during shifts
✨ Carry out spot checks, staff supervisions, and competency checks
✨ Ensure care plans are followed and personalised for each individual
✨ Respond to staff queries, incidents, and concerns
✨ Work closely with management to maintain excellent care standards
✨ Support staff coordination and rota cover
✨ Help train, guide, and develop new team members
✨ Maintain accurate care records and documentation

✔ Experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
✔ Ability to motivate and support care teams
