Have you understood the highest teaching of the Veda?

If I say yes, I can only mean one thing, that I have intellectually understood what it is written there and what they are trying to say.
The knowledge which they speak about transcends words and the grasp of the mind, and yet it is that from which the mind springs and words emerge.
It can not be known by the mind, yet it is that from which the mind appears.
From IT the mind comes, but IT does not create the mind.

The ears cannot hear it; it is what makes the ears hear.

The eyes cannot see it; it is what makes the eyes see.

You cannot speak about it; it is what makes you speak.

The mind cannot imagine it; it is what makes the mind think.

Those who feel they know Him know Him not.

Those who know that anything amenable to the senses is not Brahman, they know it best.

When it is known as the innermost witness of all cognitions, whether sensation, perception or thought, then it is known.

One who knows thus reaches immortality.

Forward fold (Uttanasana) is a foundational yoga pose that helps lengthen your hamstrings, stretch your back, and calm your nervous system. If you’re new to this stretch, don’t worry—it’s normal to start with a block under your hands as you work toward greater flexibility. The key to mastering this pose is a gradual deepening of your stretch, with a focus on your breath and alignment.

Start by folding from the hips, keeping your spine long and shoulders relaxed. Avoid rounding your back or overextending—let the stretch come from your hips, not your lower back. By incorporating this pose regularly, you will gradually increase flexibility and improve your posture, which will help alleviate tightness and stress in the body.

As with any yoga practice, take it one step at a time. Be patient, and over time, you’ll find yourself going deeper into the stretch with ease and comfort. 🍃🌱

Certain opinions become a judgement. We must be mindful of ourselves 🙏💚

It’s easy to point fingers, criticize, and highlight the flaws of others. But every moment we spend searching for faults outside, we lose the opportunity to look within.

🌱 Those who spend their time looking for the faults in others, have no time to correct their own.

When we live in judgment, we blind ourselves to self-awareness. We forget that growth begins not by measuring others, but by reflecting on our own choices, our own actions, and our own character.

Instead of:

👀 Watching others’ mistakes… try noticing your own patterns.

📢 Criticizing others’ weaknesses… try cultivating your own strengths.

⚖️ Comparing constantly… try improving patiently.

The energy you invest in fault-finding could be the same energy that transforms your life. Imagine if instead of gossiping or criticizing, you used that time to learn, grow, heal, or create something meaningful.

✨ Remember: Perfecting others is impossible. Perfecting yourself is progress.
✨ The world doesn’t change when you expose others’ flaws; it changes when you improve your own.

So today, let’s shift focus inward. Because the greatest victory is not proving others wrong—it’s becoming a better version of yourself.

What you give to the world, sooner or later, finds its way back to you.
Every thought, word, and action carries energy. When you send out kindness, generosity, or compassion — that energy plants seeds that bloom into blessings. When you send out anger, deceit, or harm — those seeds grow too, and their fruits eventually return.

✨ Karma is not punishment or reward. It is simply the reflection of what we put into the universe. Like an echo in the mountains, life repeats back what we project.

🌱 A smile to a stranger may inspire a chain of kindness.
🔥 A harsh word may wound, but it also circles back to weigh on your own heart.
💧 Every choice matters, because every choice shapes your path.

So ask yourself daily: Am I putting out what I wish to receive?
Because good or bad, life always gives back what you give out.

👉 Choose love. Choose honesty. Choose compassion.
For when you plant good seeds, your harvest will always be abundant.

These nine "doctors" are nature’s way of keeping us physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. Here’s why each one is essential:

1. **Sunshine** ☀️ – The sun provides vitamin D, which strengthens bones, boosts mood, and supports the immune system. Sunlight also regulates our sleep-wake cycle by influencing melatonin production.

2. **Water** 💧 – Our bodies are about 60% water, and staying hydrated is crucial for digestion, circulation, detoxification, and brain function. Water helps keep skin healthy and prevents fatigue.

3. **Rest** 🛀 – Taking breaks and allowing ourselves time to relax prevents burnout, reduces stress, and improves focus. Overworking without rest can lead to physical and mental exhaustion.

4. **Air** 🌬️ – Fresh air, especially in natural environments, oxygenates the body, boosts lung function, and improves circulation. Deep breathing also reduces stress and anxiety.

5. **Sleep** 😴 – Quality sleep is essential for memory consolidation, muscle recovery, immune support, and emotional regulation. Poor sleep is linked to a higher risk of chronic diseases.

6. **Exercise** 🏃‍♂️ – Regular movement strengthens the heart, improves circulation, enhances mood, and reduces the risk of diseases like diabetes and hypertension. It also boosts energy levels.

7. **Meditation** 🧘‍♂️ – Mindfulness and meditation help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and enhance mental clarity. It’s a natural way to cultivate inner peace.

8. **Diet** 🥗 – A balanced diet fuels the body with essential nutrients. Eating whole foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants strengthens immunity, supports brain health, and prevents diseases.

9. **Good Company** 👥 – Positive relationships reduce stress, increase happiness, and improve longevity. Surrounding yourself with supportive and uplifting people enhances emotional well-being and mental health.

These “doctors” work best when combined, creating a holistic approach to health. Which of these do you focus on the most in your life?
