✨☁️ Last Minute Timetable Change (and a quick note from Georgia…) ☁️✨

Hello beautiful community!

As we lead into the last few weeks of 2025, it’s time to shed our skin and prepare for a bold and refreshed surge into the New Year.

Many of you already know that I have had to peel away and come home (to the Blue Mountains) because family called.
I was planning on a return for classes to resume this Sunday 14th, however, my beautiful parents need me here a little longer than anticipated.

In a nutshell, Middleground will now resume classes on Sunday 28th December 2025!

I hope to see you for our last class of the year where we will leave what’s not serving us in the past and revel in our achievements.

Middlegrounders,

A little reminder that we are back at the hall from tomorrow! 10am as always.

Warmer mornings are upon us. The bees are back and perching on blossoms, different fragrance rising from earth and human limbs peeking out from behind sleeves and pant legs.

We will be easing into practice, visiting our breath and moving through a gentle sequence of traditional postures in the coming weeks.

Allow yourself that time to connect.

~ ✨A Two Week Pause✨~

Sometimes we’re asked to slow right down whether we want to or not 🌝

Middleground will be pressing the pause button for the next two Sundays due to a few different reasons, but will be back on the 6th July with a new series of classes for us to explore.

Regulars: I really look forward to practicing with you upon return. In the interim, try something new and lead with love 🤸🏻‍♀️

For those yet to attend: perhaps the 6th of July will be the day we meet! The day you start your practice. Who knows 🥰

For now, rug up and snuggle like my little Boobook friend xx

✨~ First Class of the Year is Here ~✨

Well hello 2025!

As we move towards nearly a year of Middleground magic (woohoo!), my promise to this beautiful community for 2025 is one of grounding, inward growth for You - the self-teacher, and program development.

Our Sunday class is one for all yoga levels.
It is carefully created to allow for growth through the journey of a beginner, through to challenging sequences for those seeking a full practice progression.

I hope to see you at one of our 10am Sunday sessions starting tomorrow, 5th Jan!
