Equestrians winter solution = AEP’s winter boost session

The session will give you;

Lots of horses rush through pole work, this is because it’s easier as they are using propulsion. To really see the benefits of increasing limb range and strength, SLOW them down… this is also why we primarily prescribe walk poles not trot poles.
