Up over that hill…

Hoping for more beautiful sunshine - in a week I will be teaching with the lovely Saira Join us and lots of others teaching yoga and offering sound at Soul Spa Dorset Fest, it’s just £5 per class or £15 gets a day full.

Tickets for the festival available through the website, tickets for yoga, sound is cash on the day, you’ll find our ‘reception’ desk outside the tent.

Happy Spring Equinox, a time of balance of daylight and night. If balance is something you struggle with or you have limited mobility but would love to try yoga or get back to yoga, we have a free taster session next Tuesday 25th March, 4-5.15.
