Diagnosis π:
Working diagnosis is sacroliliac joint pain + mild osteoarthritis based on the patient history and objective assesment.
Neijing medicine diagnosis:
Cold Bi obstruction syndrome β

Interventions:
Deep orthopedic style needling into sacroliliac joint spaces and deep needling of the left lumbar L3-L5 Facet joints based upon assesment findings.
Results π:
- Immediate drastic reduction in pain, restoration in muscular function and joint mobility, based on objective assesment as soon as patient stood up from treatment table.
- patient noted treatment worked deep into problematic area. A reduction from 6/10 to 1/10. A further reduction from the 1st visit.
Follow up π: Patient will report back in several days to conclude results.
