Well...what an absolutely amazing journey I have had as a fitness instructor and tonight marked the end of that as I start a new journey!!
I am totally overwhelmed by the kindness everyone has shown over the past week...saying goodbye has been so very hard as we have built such a lovely team of friends and I can't thank you all enough for making me feel part of that!
It truly has been the best 4 years....I've enjoyed it all - especially the friends I have made for life ❤❤❤
Seeing you all every week has made me smile and helped me in more ways than you will ever know and that will stay with me forever 🤗🤗🤗
I truly do love you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It's a different Friday for me today!!! Classes were as fabulous as always but Lots away with school all weekend and I feel odd...she's my little shadow and I'm sooooo gonna miss her 🤗🤗
But..she will have an amazing time and make some absolutely fabulous memories so until Monday...I'll be happy with that thought!! ❤❤
