Protein is like the reliable friend in your diet – always there when you need a boost. Whether it's repairing tissues, supporting muscles, or just keeping you satisfied, this nutrient is your everyday MVP.
Protein is not just found in meat & fish. Legumes such as lentils and black beans and vegetables including broccoli, spinach and Brussels sprouts are all good sources.

Incorporating whole grains into your daily diet is not that difficult. It can be as simple as swapping white rice or pasta for brown rice or pasta! Quinoa is so versatile, it can be used hot or cold, as a base for a stew or to bulk out a salad. Why not try something different next time you cook a chilli? I am a big fan of meditation, when I do it I am a nicer person! I also find my day seems to go more smoothly, as I am already in a less reactive frame of mind! Calm and Headspace are 2 well-known apps, but you can find a whole load of free guided meditations on YouTube, if you want to give it a go. I would highly recommend it.
