💙🦋 FULL MOON in Leo yesterday left it's mark.
Revelations and moods were a spiky mix.
Solar storms were on fire.
The world right now seems like a pressure cooker.
When intensity rises like this, it's so easy to get embroiled in a maelstrom which drains and over occupies the precious moments where life should be creating it's own magic.
The essential here is BALANCE. Living your life, enjoying what you can when you can, finding hope in beautiful dreams, while showing kindness when needed, not sitting in overthinking and determined agitation, is something to aim for.
Nature keeps it's rhythm, animals do their thing in simplistic knowingness, no matter what, and so can we all.
So, yes, thinking is great and necessary for change.
But so is the life we live.
Sometimes stepping away from the thinking, in those moments of peace, is where the most incredible ideas of hope and change begin to bloom.

🦋HOPE and vitality will increase. They will. Things will shift for the better. 1ST FEBRUARY 2026 is a pretty special day energy wise.
🔥LEO FULL MOON occurs on the 1st day of the month.
Firing up your life force, this Leonine Moon wants to help you to start honouring who you really are and feed that inner fire.
You can grow in confidence and be more enlightened about what and who drains that power.
It's time to stop loosing yourself by giving too much to others.
This may be an explosive energy, perhaps very illuminating and revelatory, but we are in Aquarius Season, so this can be balanced.
It's airy vibes can help soften the fire or fan the flames, depending on you, your reactions and what you want long term.
Acting impulsively or over reacting needs to be watched for as emotions can be high!

How “The Blue Butterfly” got its name...

To heal people and make them less stressed, more relaxed and happier is such a priviledge.

I am very, very lucky.

I left a job that gave me no pleasure and left me tired and stressed to follow my dream and open my healing business. For a long time I felt trapped in the Corporate world and in the end, doing what gave me no satisfaction drained me and finally made me ill.

Looking back, I realise that this was a “cocoon phase” from which I emerged spreading my wings. As the saying goes... “Just when the caterpillar thought its life was over it became a butterfly”...And that is exactly what happened to me. This new lease of life is just wonderful and my Reiki and Crystal Healing and the difference it makes to others gives me so much happiness.
