Last week of Around the World in 80days at Cardinham Woods cafe. It's by ho hum ha (or similar!) theatre company and is small scale theatre at its inventive, witty, fast paced best. Go!! Promoted by intobodmin, think you can turn up and buy on the night, but I bet they'd like you to book ahead, and you'll be in for a treat. Straight out of the Cornish tradition of Footsbarn. Kneehigh, Miracle and so on, but fresh as a daisy. Go!!

I've had some lovely surprise encounters with IRL which has been a total joy. Several are planing to join us at Breakfast and I really look forward to seeing you here if you can make it. And If anyone can make it to Helston this w/e there are some great workshops planned , and I will definitely be there on Friday to Speakathon with you. I look forward to discussing it over the Breakfast table on Monday # clinicalpsychologists

Tribe 10 is complete. We've officially finished this amazing programme at the happy start up school and are setting off with a clearer vision of the projects and visions we have started, And a greater clarity that we as founders bring to each. Forge is about Community for me and Collective insight; of bringing the best therapists together sharing our knowledge, wisdom and experience with each other to provide exceptional care to the people we serve and to each other. Want in? Let's talk. And if you are another start up needing to bring clarity to your vision, I cannot recommend Brighton and of the highly enough You will come out changed. How can you feel disempowered about the climate when you have this warm and knowledgable woman resourcing you? Breakfast club had a special guest this morning and the conversation was around how we can creatively impact our environment. Can't wait to join this CPD programme created by for to skill up. Really wonderful Breakfast Club yesterday, small and perfectly formed; so much so that I only remembered to take photos after everyone had left! So I give you 🥁the exceptional who came down from Exeter for Breakfast and stayed to run a workshop from forge:health.art.space. Wow, what a start to the year! Bright sunlight to freezing and snow! Come and share your resolutions with other solepreneurs or just come and chat! Breakfast Club 2025. First one, bring it on! ☕️☕️🥣🥐 club :healthartspace Thank you to everyone who has engaged with Forge through its inaugural year . To the amazing breakfasters who have flowed such amazing conversations and incredible connections, to workshop leaders who have brought their gifts- botanical flower painting like you've never seen it , women's circles, writing workshops: to business meetings held overlooking the woodlands above Lanhydrock; to practitioners who have set off into the estate to reboot their nature connection after deep thought and discussion; to the therapists working from the tranquil Consulting room; to the amazing artists whose art fills the rooms with especial thanks for the wonderful painting from . How can you use these exceptional spaces? We are looking forward to 2025; hara diagnosis and moxa workshop from in May, the reflective practise Insight group growing here, monthly breakfast club, guided tree and flower walks with .erb.maid - what else will emerge? The conversations at this morning's were as rich and fabulous as ever, and we had the added moment of the Last Post on the fluegelhorn. It was extraordinarily poignant and led us all to reflect on peace particularly, one of the richest moments of remembrance I've been privileged to share. Thank you for joining us & playing, and .erb.maid .allan.research and Helen for sharing breakfast and creative thinking.
