A pleasure this weekend assessing and passing 12 more Pilates instructors in Bristol ✅
Such a treat to see some beautiful street art on my walk in this morning

Next weekend I will be working with future Advanced Instructors so expect to see some hard classes this week to help me prep for it 💪🏼

As we ride our way into Christmas remember to keep moving to keep those aches and pains away!

It doesn’t need to be the fastest run or the heaviest weight but by allowing yourself to keep moving your body and mind will thank you ❤️ let’s try to make it fun and social at this time of year!

I can’t exercise because:
🙋🏼‍♀️I work
🙋🏼‍♀️I have a young child
🙋🏼‍♀️I’m too tired
🙋🏼‍♀️My partner does alot of sport so he is out in the evening
🙋🏼‍♀️I can’t make classes most of the time
🙋🏼‍♀️ My life admin is overwhelming

➡️ These are all reasons I could use also….

❓Is the real reason because actually your not motivated?
❓Is it actually because you don’t prioritise your own health but more everyone else’s that you love?

⁉️Do you find yourself telling your friends to make more time for themselves ⁉️

- pain when kneeling, squatting and climbing the stairs
- grinding or locking sound/ sensation
- deep ache which is worse after sitting for long periods
