Treatment consists of :
In depth consultation
Firm pressure is used..does not tickle
A gentle foot massage using oil or lotion at end of treatment
After care advice
Price:
£26 per session £140 per six treatments
Reccommended course of six then maintainance treatments if and when you require

Treatments lasts approx 1 hour.

This is so true. Having just been forced to be laid up for two weeks, our body’s give in sometimes and leave you with no choice.
There are all types of things you can do such as yoga, meditation, massage, read a book, listen to your fave tunes - how about Reflexology? Reflexology can induce a deep relaxation whilst working on rebalancing and healing.
