We have over 60 home BP monitors which we have loaned out in recent months but have not been returned.
We only have 2 monitors left in the practice and will be unable to continue this service for other patients until the other monitors are returned.

If you have completed your week of home readings please return your monitor and sheet of readings to reception.

OpCourage, the Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, are running an open day at Monkwearmouth Hospital on Tuesday 30th June, 10am - 2pm.

All are welcome.

Please note that parking is pay and display if travelling by car, and the nearest metro stations are Seaburn and Stadium of Light.

The team will call either you home landline or mobile number depending on your recorded preference. Please ensure you update your telephone number with the practice if it changes and answer calls from unknown numbers at your appointment time.
