Great morning spent with Caz Jacovelli in Iceland, Little Hulton. The staff are always so friendly & helpful x

Two full freezers & pancakes / naan bread available too.

Short break then I’m off to the store in Farnworth- I’m hoping they have the wraps as we don’t have any left at home and they are one of my lifesavers!

Not ONE but TWO stores today!

I’m on a mission to let as many local people know all about our groups in Farnworth & Walkden so today you will find me in two stores!

This morning I’ll be with my friend & colleague Caz in the Little Hulton store between 11am - 1pm

Then this afternoon I’ll be flying solo at the Farnworth store between 2pm - 4pm

How’s your Saturday evening going?

I’m currently labelling up 300 boxes of the new HiFis so I can sell them in group next week.

Some might grumble at this but if you know me then you’ll know I love it… it’s like therapy 😜

The results are in and it’s a maintain for me this week but I’m ok with that (sort of 😉)

I had a great few days away with my German friend Heidi Jacqueline Happes who I generally see just once a year.

I have a goal & a plan for this coming week. I want to lose 2lbs so that my overall loss in January is 5lbs and that gives me an average of 1lb / week.
