These were just some of the awards given out in group last Saturday

They included the first 1/2 stone, one stone, 3.5 stone and two SIX stone awards AND GORDON REACHED TARGET with a loss of FOUR STONE 12lbs!

We also celebrated Clare who has now been at her dream target weight for 12 weeks AND our diamond target member Karen celebrating TWO years at target.

Lose weight… and keep it off!
