I'm often asked by new members whether they need to bring anything with them when they come to group for the first time so here's my answer...

Bring an open mind...because we'll be showing you how to lose weight by eating REAL food and lots of it instead of restricting your diet with potions, patches, pills or shakes...and that might blow your mind to start with! 🤯

Bring a smile...but don't worry if you don't have one right now because we'll help you find it 🙂

Bring a sense of humour....but again, don't worry if you've misplaced yours because we'll help you find it 😀
