It was amazing to be invited to open Yewande and her family's fundraising event today as they seek to rebuild their lives after a fire destroyed their Manor Way home and their lifetime possessions a few weeks ago.

She is a remarkable and resilient woman with incredible friends like Follie and Theodora who helped organize today, I know they will be ok.

The support from people in our town and beyond has been remarkable. Thank you all again.
