BOREHAMWOOD TOWN CENTRE REGENERATION PLAN & DRAFT LOCAL PLAN - HERTSMERE B.C
Hertsmere Borough Council needs to get its priorities straight first as there are NO BURIAL PLOTS AVAILABLE AT ALLUM LANE CEMETERY and not only is it utterly contemptible, they are wasting ratepayers money on an unsustainable and unviable Local Plan and the Borehamwood Town Centre Regeneration Plan due to the lack of essential community infrastructure but do any councillors care - NONE!!
Putting profit before people as always and the whole council and councillors are morally bankrupt by their incompetence and lack of moral compass - there is no accountability, honesty, integrity, openness or transparency at the very least and are collectively a complete waste of ratepayers money, looking out for themselves instead of those they supposedly serve!

NO BURIAL PLOTS AVAILABLE AT ALLUM LANE CEMETERY
The community in Borehamwood & Elstree need your URGENT support to ensure there are burial plots available at Allum Lane Cemetery.
Hertsmere Borough Council have been aware of this essential service and to-date has failed to implement the Compulsory Purchase Order for the adjoining land, which they have known about for TWO YEARS and will not take a further TWO YEARS to implement a new one.
We are urging the Council to utilise the vacant land which has been set aside for 5 years for application no: 24/0442/FUL the third amended application from the original application submitted in 2021, which in itself if approved would have been a “closed-minded” approval “unlawful” due to it being predetermined with a Conflict of Interest between the previous administration and the Applicant but due to the most recent determination date expiring in February 2026, this should now be “removed/withdrawn completely” and the site made available for essential community infrastructure, to extend the existing grounds of the multicultural Cemetery, as are the last wishes of the majority of residents in the area.
Your support is essential and will be very much appreciated by all those who wish to use these grounds but are sadly, unable to do so.
