I don’t find being a single mother hard anymore. Not exhausting. Not triggering. Not overwhelming.

And no my circumstances didn’t magically change.
My body did.

I stopped resenting my reality.

I enjoy my children.
I love being with them.
They don’t overstimulate me unhealed wounds do.

Most of what people call hard isn’t life itself.
It’s trauma stored in the body, screaming for attention.

I used to live overstimulated so dysregulated I’d throw up.
Now? My nervous system is home.

I came fully into the moment I’m actually living.

And when you’re present
You can ask better questions:
Where can I create more space?
Where can I bring more love?
What actually needs tending inside me?

If I can’t go out, I don’t spiral anymore.
I see it as protection.
Because I’ve learned something sacred:
When I’m meant to be somewhere, it happens effortlessly.
Nothing can block it. Nothing.

When you stop grieving your old reality, you create space to build your new one.

And in that space where you’re actually building the life you want motherhood gets easier. Single or not.

Not because kids change.
Because you did.

The only people I’ve ever seen close their eyes, drop into their internal world, and connect to God the way I do…
are people living in actual war zones.

That’s when it shook me to the core.

Because suddenly my body told the truth before my mind could soften it.
The depth I go to didn’t come from peace.
It came from survival.

The amount I’ve been through in this life hit me all at once and it gave me chills.

Sometimes what you’re going through feels normal to you.
You adapt. You make it normal. You keep going.

I live in a world of love, ease and unity.
Thank you God. 🩷

This world breaks my heart. People have forgotten what it means to truly connect. They’re always chasing something outside of themselves, thinking the next person, the next deal, the next hit of success will finally fill the space inside. And in that race, they cross people, crush people, step over the very souls that hold the key to what they’re seeking and still, they arrive and find… emptiness.🚨🔔

It pains me. People hurt each other instead of holding each other. People will love my energy… and then hate me. They feel the frequency I radiate, the pure vibration I carry, and it pulls them in. Then they resent it when I reflect back the love they’re missing, when I shine a light on anything less than love in their presence.

We are all one. We are all from God. Where is the love?

I will never chase. I will never bend to the broken systems of want and lack. I will go into the group, I will take the ingredients God gave me, and I will build, I will rise, I will shift. I will create from love, from connection, from the energy that flows between me and those who are willing to exchange it. Because nothing is separate. Nothing ever was.

You are being called into deeper love, deeper unity, deeper connection. I grew up in a world that didn’t understand this. My life collapsed two years ago, and I rebuilt with love. And I am so goddamn grateful I did, because now I live in a reality I always knew was possible, a reality I always felt in my bones but that the world rarely mirrors.

You do not chase. You open. You receive. You see. And what you see is always, always, the reflection of love. Connection. Unity. God.🩷

Not because I’m wrong but because I refuse to let anything that isn’t love survive in my presence.🔩

I blow up false patterns.
I interrupt dysfunction.
I drag distortion back to truth whether it’s comfortable or not.

That makes people nervous.
Because most worlds are built on avoidance, not love.

I’ve gone to strangers for guidance my entire life.
Not because I was lost because I was ahead.

You don’t ask people behind you how to lead.
You don’t ask people asleep how to wake up.
And you sure as hell don’t ask people committed to comfort how to break cycles.

If you’re a cycle breaker, you are directionally incompatible with most of the room you were born into.
Different beliefs. Different nervous systems. Different destinies.

So no your people won’t always be your family, your friends, or your history.
