✨ One Week on Step 2… and what a week it’s been! ✨
I’m so pleased to share that after 7 days on Step 2 of The 1:1 Diet I’m 4¼lbs down 🤩🙌
For 6 out of 7 days I was 100% on plan with: 🥤 3 products a day
🍽️ A 200 calorie evening meal
💧 Plenty of water
💪 Focused on my summer goals

Then came Saturday… a full day out with friends 🍹🍴(which I knew was coming, but I didn't want to delay my start by another week🙄)
So I simply did what I tell all my clients to do when faced with events, Step Up (not off)
I planned ahead the best I could, chose wisely from the menu (thanks to the calories been on the menu 👏), enjoyed a couple of drinks (it would’ve been rude not to 😅), and stayed in control. No guilt, no spiral, no “start again Monday” drama.
Sunday? Straight back to Step 2 like nothing happened ✔️
And honestly… this week has reminded me just how amazing it feels to be on plan and focus on my needs without any complicated programs to follow.
Right now I’m feeling:

If you’re struggling to lose weight, your diet and exercise might not be the only things to focus on—your sleep could be the missing piece of the puzzle. Sleep plays a crucial role in weight loss, and not getting enough of it can make your journey much harder. Here’s why prioritizing rest is just as important as counting calories and hitting the gym.

1. Sleep Regulates Hunger Hormones

When you don’t get enough sleep, your body produces more ghrelin (the hormone that makes you feel hungry) and less leptin (the hormone that signals fullness). This imbalance can lead to increased cravings, overeating, and difficulty controlling portions.
