MONDAY Divine Dippers – Saltwater, Stillness & Soul Chats

What a morning ✨
Crystal-clear waters and bright blue skies welcomed us as we arrived, the kind of calm that instantly settles your whole system.

Our energy-clearing practice flowed naturally today as we tuned into the elements around us:
🌍 Earth — the sand beneath our feet
💨 Air — the gentle breeze moving through us
🔥 Fire — the warmth of the morning sun
🌊 Water — the sea stretching out in front of us

No tools needed… just presence, breath, and nature doing what she does best.

We finished with beautiful soul chats at Sobo Beach, sharing stories about ceremonies we’ve held, witnessed, and been part of, tender, powerful moments that weave our community even closer.

In just one week, we’ll gather at Avon Beach for the New Moon Sauna & Saltwater Ceremony, a space that somehow manages to feel both ancient and new every single time.

TUESDAY 25th NOV

The Saltwater Sauna · Avon Beach

There is something extraordinary that happens when a small group of humans choose to pause…To breathe…To step into the dark moon with intention, presence, and trust.

Seven days from now, we’ll sit in the heat of the sauna, letting the warmth soften our bodies and melt away the tightness we’ve been carrying.
Seven days from now, we’ll walk into the cool, dark ocean, feeling cleansed, awakened, and held.
Seven days from now, we’ll breathe deeply, move gently, and open ourselves to the quiet wisdom of this lunar reset.

Together we’ll release what no longer serves, call in what our hearts are ready for, and seal our intentions with ceremony, essential oils, meditation, and tea shared under the night sky.

These evenings remind us of something we forget in the rush of life:
We are cyclical, intuitive, emotional beings, and we’re not meant to carry everything alone.
