It's coming to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week 12-18th May...though only just found this out! Anyway, as a small piece in the massive mental health jigsaw, our little 'minders' group will be meeting in the cosy corner at Bourne End Library this Thursday 22nd May, 10-11am. Copers and carers very welcome. And if you feel you aren't coping or caring at all well, you're even more welcome 🤗

Welcome to 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 – a safe, supportive, and inclusive peer-to-peer mental health support group in Bourne End and The Wooburns.

We believe in the power of connection, togetherness and lived experience. Whether you're navigating your own mental health journey or supporting a loved one, minders is here for you.

What We Offer:
🌿 Safe & Non-Judgmental Space – A place to share, listen, be heard or 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲.

☕ Monthly Peer Support Meetings – Join us for informal gatherings at Bourne End Library on Thursday mornings (starting 27th March, 10-11am). No charge but bring your own hot or cold drink in a travel mug.

🤝 Signposting to Local Resources – Access helpful services and support networks.

🏡 Rotating Locations – In the future, our aim is to make meetings as accessible as possible.
