I love to deepen my yoga practice & I’ve been drawn towards the kind of yoga that helps my body release and unwind 🤍
Dynamic movement & dance will still have its place to uplift me, but through my recent Yin trainings with the wonderful I am really enjoying exploring how gentle movement, stillness & rest can help us to release, create space in the body, to feel and return to yourself 🤍
I’m looking forward to slowly and thoughtfully weaving this into my classsa as I contine learning 🤍✨
