I love to deepen my yoga practice & I’ve been drawn towards the kind of yoga that helps my body release and unwind 🤍

Dynamic movement & dance will still have its place to uplift me, but through my recent Yin trainings with the wonderful I am really enjoying exploring how gentle movement, stillness & rest can help us to release, create space in the body, to feel and return to yourself 🤍

I’m looking forward to slowly and thoughtfully weaving this into my classsa as I contine learning 🤍✨

Created by my sensitive mind, this class is a soothing space for sensitive systems to slow down, soften, and reset 🤍

It’s for those times when everything feels a bit too loud — when you’ve been holding too much, taking in too much, or moving through life on a full nervous system 🪽

This is a space to come out of overwhelm and back into yourself. Not to fix anything, or push through, but to gently land, unwind, and let things settle.

There’s nothing you need to get right here. Just time, space, and support to pause in a way that actually feels restorative.

The Worm Moon 🌕
A moon of thawing out —
slowly softening,
gently releasing.

The earth begins to warm.
What was frozen starts to move again.

And we’re not so different.

The body has been braced and tight
Through winter
Through always being busy
Through holding it all together

Thawing out is the moment the nervous system realises
it doesn’t have to grip so tightly anymore

Shoulders drop.
Jaw softens.
Breath deepens.

Under the Worm Moon,
we’ll make space for that softening.

Restorative yoga and garden sauna.
A small, intimate evening of warmth and release.

A few spaces remain 🌕

The earth begins to warm.
What was frozen starts to move again.

I’m offering a free Parent & Teen Calm class, with the option to continue into a 4-week course to build skills and confidence together.

In the session we’ll explore

• Simple breathwork to regulate stress
• Gentle movement to release tension
• Understanding the teen nervous system
• Grounding tools you can both use at home
