We specialise in supporting people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long term neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head/brain injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, neuropathic, spina bifida & hydrocephalus and stroke. Our care teams are highly skilled and trained to deliver specialist care and have significant experience with medication administration, tissue viability management and the provision of end of life care. The full-time support we provide is flexible and designed to help build skills, inspire confidence and encourage people to live more independently. We work directly with each individual to develop a personalised support programme based on their needs, wishes and aspirations. This includes personal care, health & wellbeing programmes, community engagement, enablement, volunteering & activities and respite packages. we can also provide assistance with physiotherapy where the community physiotherapist have put an exercise plan in place.

James Burns House were VERY lucky to have this fantastic group in to sing hymns with us in the garden, accompanied by their keyboardist, violinist and guitarist. They even snuck in a round of 'Happy Birthday' for Tess.

Made the most of the beautiful weather with a Jubilee BBQ at James Burns House to celebrate the Queen's 70 years.
Thanks to Sarah (our chef) for a fantastic spread including burgers, sausages, Coronation chicken, a variety of salads, scones, cupcakes, Victoria Sponge AND a special Jubilee trifle!
