Welcome to BlueSky Counselling.

Hi, if you are new here, here's a little bit about what we do and our core values.

Our basic principles are:

Acceptance. Communication. Empathy. Confidentiality. Individuality. Expression of feelings with no Judgement.

Integrative counselling looks at the whole person, taking into account your mental, physical and emotional needs.

As a therapist I will use techniques and tools from different modalities to tailor an individual approach for you.

We will aim to build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship that helps you develop self-awareness. When you understand the causes of your concerns or triggers for your behaviour, you can confidently set goals and develop new behaviours to improve your satisfaction with life.

We, as Humanistic and integrative Counsellors, believe in our client's ability to take responsibility for themselves and their choices, as well as developing their capacity to fulfil their talents. We will work together, at a pace that suits you, to realise these potentials.
