Reframing your life.
Have you ever thought of how good it makes you feel to look at the photos you have captured, framed, and positioned so prominently to remember a very special moment? Those lovely photos of you doing something you love maybe with someone you love. Celebrating a moment in time maybe, a birthday a great meal, when your pet made you laugh, a beautiful sunset, the list goes on! We cherish those moments and very carefully take snap shots, capture those moments, we frame those pictures and hang them up, why? So, we can of course look at them again to remember and rekindle those wonderful memories, reexperience those wow moments again!
We are very careful to only pick the best photos of us to hang in our home but our we so careful with the ones that hang in our own mind.
Have you ever thought about those framed photos of you that you decided were the images to keep prominently displayed in your own internal mind’s gallery? The ones you have just got used to that hang there, the ones you walk past daily that rekindle feelings, emotions and therefore actions and behaviours (maybe some you would rather let go of?)

Maybe you think you didn’t even take those photos and that someone else ‘hung them in your gallery? But does it matter, do you really keep wanting to look at those old ‘outdated ‘photos hanging prominently, the ones you walk past daily?
Would you choose to really hang a photo of you looking embarrassed, or crying, yelling or angry on your living room wall? No so why do it internally?
Take those old outdated framed photos down from your mind’s gallery and either get rid of the old frames too or use them for your new snapshot photos you want to frame the ones you want to walk past daily, the ones that lift you and make you feel good.
It’s your gallery start deciding today which photos you want to look at. Search out for those photos of you achieving, feeling good, pick them out and frame those images, display them to look at to rekindle those positive feelings.
