Mental health support should be kind, accessible, and affordable, that’s what we’re here for!
At The Global Mental Health Network, we offer low-cost counselling for adults and young people aged 11+, wherever you are in the world.
Whether you’re going through a tough time, feeling anxious or low, navigating identity, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen.
Our sessions are person-centred, gentle, and flexible. You can speak with a counsellor online, by phone, by text, or in person at our Ramsgate location. We aim to get you booked in within two weeks.
Sessions cost £25 for children and young people, and £30 for adults, and we offer support internationally, especially in places where local services are stretched or too expensive.
We welcome self-referrals and referrals from schools, GPs, and other organisations.
