Mental health support should be kind, accessible, and affordable, that’s what we’re here for!

At The Global Mental Health Network, we offer low-cost counselling for adults and young people aged 11+, wherever you are in the world.

Whether you’re going through a tough time, feeling anxious or low, navigating identity, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen.

Our sessions are person-centred, gentle, and flexible. You can speak with a counsellor online, by phone, by text, or in person at our Ramsgate location. We aim to get you booked in within two weeks.

Sessions cost £25 for children and young people, and £30 for adults, and we offer support internationally, especially in places where local services are stretched or too expensive.

We welcome self-referrals and referrals from schools, GPs, and other organisations.

Whether you’ve felt stuck, confused by the system, or are simply curious about new perspectives, this is for you.

Another busy week for us!

It's been amazing hearing our service being advertised in the Canaries on on Monday mornings and we have also spent the week spreading the word through other means, such as with our new and exciting business cards, distributing them across the South of England & London whilst on a leisurely and insightful trip to the Freud Museum, London.

We have also began receiving our first referrals for in-person sessions for CYP counselling at our soon to be home based office in Ramsgate in July. This time of year is often where access to support becomes limited for children due to not having staff members to confide in at school🌍

🎉NEW SERVICE LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT🎉

Mental health support shouldn’t depend on where you live, what you earn, or how long you can wait.

And that's why we have launched The Global Mental Health Network to change that! Originating from the work of Jurassic Coast Counselling, we have built on this, and we’re dedicated to offering compassionate, affordable, fixed-rate counselling to adults and young people (11+) worldwide. You heard us- fixed rate, worldwide 🌍✨

Sessions are 50 minutes long, available online, by phone, text-based, or in person ( Kent, UK from June).
💷 £25 for CYP / £30 for adults (currency equivalence applies).

Referrals can be made independently or via schools, organisations, and GPs.

During the success of our soft launch over the last year, we’ve already reached clients across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, New Zealand, Peru, and Dubai - showing just how needed this service is.

Cervical cancer screening is a such a critical health measure that can make a significant difference in the lives of women. Many of us have known someone, or been impacted ourselves, by the results of a screening, and whilst it may be an uncomfortable experience, it’s over so quickly and the results can be life changing 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 🌎

Through regular screenings, such as Pap smears and HPV tests, early changes in the cervical cells can be detected before they develop into cancer. These screenings can also uncover other complications like tumors and cysts, making them a comprehensive check-up for women's health, and something you only have to have checked every 5 years. This not only helps in catching potential issues early when they are most treatable, but also provides peace of mind. It's an opportunity for women to take control of their health, ensuring they remain present for their loved ones and themselves. Regular cervical cancer screening is a simple yet powerful act of self-care 👩‍👩‍👧💕
