This is me so far. I was wearing these trousers two years ago. I lost one stone on my own but it took me a year. Joined Slimming World in the middle of last September and so far lost another 3 stone 10.5lbs. Still got a way to go but I’m determined to get there.

Normally I would have light salad cream but I’ve saved on Swips by having these pink onions on my salad so tasty didn’t miss the dressing

Last nights dinner was Swip free hunters chicken
I had some leftover bbq sauce so made a chicken pasta bake for my lunch today
So yummy
