Today I gave a talk about sleep and anxiety, offering strategies to help women take control of their thoughts and empower them to overcome their fears. Recognising how we can help each others mental health by sharing our journey, starts to build a community.
This week, we’re celebrating the power of community in supporting mental health. Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. We thrive when we have strong connections with other people and supportive communities that remind us, we are not alone.
