This is by far the hardest goodbye 💔😭

Back in 2016 I had my Studio installed as a space for me, a space for exercising my creative expression.

Little did I know what would evolve within these 4 walls; first came about my Abstract and Intuitive Art collection, at last my own creative identity was born. Next came my own personal healing journey, before I was ready to launch my much loved Healing and Holistic Business, Soul Sensitive.

Not only has this been a space where clients can come to find some stillness, a break from the noise, a recharge and hopefully some inspiration (if I'm doing my job right). But this has been the home of my true transformation, my returning to oneness and my journey back to self. This space has helped me remember who I am and what I wanted to achieve in this life. It has watched as I have slowly spread my wings, evolving from a girl into the woman that I am today; an Artist, a Healing Practitioner and Teaching Facilitator of small groups.

Thank you for supporting me to reveal the Artist within, for guiding my spiritual growth, for empowering me to follow the healing path and for helping me to see and love my one true self. You have brought me some much needed zen into my life, given me space to heal and grow allowing me to (almost) confidently step into my power. A piece of my heart will always be here, within these 4 walls.

Lastly thank you to Spirit for the profound guidance, constant presence and patience as I have walked this journey in my own time, with too many logical based questions and a lack of trust at times.

I hope the new owners honour this space in the way it deserves and I hope this transformative energy I have been blessed with follows us to Wareham 🤞💗 🌈

💗A Personal Share about Healing! 💗

Almost 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism by my doctor. I was informed this was a Sub Clinical diagnosis meaning I was only marginally underactive. This all came about in March 2023 4 months after my Subarachnoid Brain Haemorrhage where my body had stopped ovulating causing an unfortunate pause in our fertlity journey.

The doctor recommended starting medication for my thyroid hoping it might kick start me to ovulate. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost 2 years so we're starting to worry if it would ever happen. I agreed to take Levothyroxine but only kept it by at home in the cupboard as I intuitively felt my body would organically start to ovulate in time by itself, after all my body had been through a lot!

Luckily I was right and within one month my body had done exactly that, I ovulated and one month later magically our Aurora began her journey in my tummy! 🥰 The doctor and Consultant urged me to take Levothyroxine during my pregnancy which I agreed to do warning them that this was a temporary measure for my baby and nothing more. I was told Levothyroxine is a life long medication for a lifelong condition and I would need it for life. "No" was my response, its not for me, I will throughout pregnancy and my recovery then I will be coming off. The doctor smirked but I new deep down they were wrong.

Fast forward one year after delivering beautiful Aurora, and with Levothyroxine increase a few months earlier, I was beginning to feel really unsettled emotionally, my mental health declined, mood fluctuations became my normal, heart palpitations, brainfog, hair loss and severe anxiety was my everyday. The GP, despite my medical history of a brain Haemorrhage 6 months before falling pregnant, was unable to view me in a holistic sense, stating my symptoms were a result of the Perimenopause instead of the obvious being that my body needed time to recover fully! So I took matters into my own hands, did my own research, printed all of my blood results studying them hard.

In June this year I reduced my dose of Levothyroxine by half despite the GPs disapproval. I felt instant relief, immediately felt calmer, my periods returned to some normal and I knew I had done the right thing. Everything was slower and I was able to start to see clearly.

A frw months passed and last month I felt that I was still not quite balanced fully and my hormones were still quite uneasy at times. My anxiety/mental health decline would return during ovulation and my period making my month half happy, half still very unsettled.
So in September this year I took the plunge and stopped taking Levothyroxine altogether and have never felt better! 💜💚🧡💗

My head is calm, clear, balanced and happy. I am still in my journey of thyroid recovery and have a long way to go before I can fully celebrate. But through trusting my body, following my intuition, having compassion for myself and enabling my body the time it needed, I am feeling better than ever! 🌈💗

Unfortunately its time to do our own research and learn for ourselves as the medical industry is simply not what it was with a focus on everything but support and care (in my opinion).

I celebrated my first normal period in 3 years just last month and am so grateful to my Spirit Guides (who have been banging their heads together all year trying to guide and get through to me), I'm finally listening!

💜Our body can heal itself, just give it chance and get out of your own way!

💚Follow your inner guidance system, listen to your gut instinct, do your own bloody research as logic and science can only get us so far!

🧡The medical industry is very quick to diagnose and medicate!!! Your medical records is your property, get access, get advice, go private, your the driver not the passenger and you can say NO!

💗Turn to nature, its our greatest healing gift!

Many of you will know that Soul Sensitive headquarters is due to change location in the next few weeks! My family and I have taken the leap to move to a more rural location of Wareham. We are all very excited about our new chapter but of course this will mean there are a few changes ahead for Soul Sensitive.

👉Firstly due to all of the packing and sorting required, I have limited appointment availability over the next month. If I can fit you in I will do but please understand there will be boxes everywhere!

👉Secondly it may take me a while to get set up in our new home where my healing space will be within our new house. I hope to be set up and ready come the new year!

💔 My heart breaks at the thought of leaving my beautiful Healing Studio behind. That said I'm super excited to start a fresh in a new space. I aim to replicate the same calming atmosphere that so many of you adore!

I will of course keep you all fully informed of all changes and updates and obviously I hope my lovely clients will be happy to travel a little further to see me in 2026.

Regardless, thank you for all of your love and support over the past 15 months. Your support has meant more to me than you will ever know! Wish us luck! 🌈 🏠 💗

Our Story

As a Bournemouth based Intuitive and Abstract Fine Artist I specialise within mixed media painting. I have developed a broad spectrum of creative skills, artistic methods and techniques over the years, since being a young child. Art has always been the anchor in my life that connects me with my one true self! Creativity and expression provides me with absolute fulfillment in delivering what I believe to be my life purpose. Over the recent years I have dedicated much of my spare time developing my senses, intuition and psyche through workshops, courses and self teaching. This partnership of artistic and spirituality has had a profound affect upon my Artwork and the unexpected abstract direction that I have been guided towards.

I complete uniquely original pieces of Artwork that are highly textured, decorative and energetic in colour, shape and form. I use a combination of layered collage, mixed media and found ephemera to individually shape each piece. I use my intuition during the developmental stages of my work which can reveal hidden meaning within the symbolism, colour and composition. All of my work has its own identity and often a message which I believe draws in those that are in need of guidance. My individual Artwork is therapeutic, conceptual and thought provoking for any audience and has a clear voice that encourages the viewer to engage in reflection. Each person may process and interpret my work differently; what do you see?
