I’m 42, a mum of three, and lately I’m noticing a real change and shift both in myself and in the conversations we’re having with others.

More and more people are craving real connection.
Not the kind that ends with a blurry phone, spending way too much money and a next-day (or next-two-day) hangover filled with dread. (We have all been there & its not ideal 😱)

Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a brunch or a night out with friends.
But if the trade-off is feeling anxious, exhausted and writing off the whole next day… sometimes the whole weekend 😅 it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

What feels better now is choosing experiences that actually give something back.
Time outdoors.
Moving your body.
Proper conversations.
Laughing with friends and waking up the next day feeling lighter, not worse.

Making memories with your friends that you actually remember feels like the real luxury these days 🤍

It started as a blue sky day
Then, literally out of nowhere, a cloud opened right above us 🌧️

For about ten minutes, we did SUP yoga in the rain.
Not rushing. Not panicking. Just staying with it.

And honestly? It was incredible.

Everyone laughed and everyone stayed present. It felt like a special moment.
It felt like one of those moments you don’t plan but remember.

That’s kind of what our wellbeing days are about.
You can’t control everything.
But you can choose to stay open, grounded, and right where you are.

Sometimes the magic shows up unannounced 🤍
