Hi everyone 👋

I just want to take a moment to introduce myself.

I’m Corrina and to date I have lost a whopping 10 stone 10 pounds with Slimming World!! It has been a wonderful roller coaster ride but with Slimming World by my side, every step of the way, it’s been a journey of which I will never want to forget!!

This journey gave me the realisation that I too, want to help others with their weight loss journeys and here I am 😁

I have just had THE best time at the weekend at Slimming World Head Office for the first stage of my foundation training to kick start my journey into the world of being a consultant 🥳

Just when I thought that I couldn’t love Slimming World any more than I already do, the experience has proven that I absolutely can!

I want to shout about Slimming World and Food Optimising from the rooftops !!

Slimming World has changed my life………and I absolutely know that it can change yours too!!

Happy Choose-Day 😊

This is me - no filters, no makeup, and full-on bed hair! Exactly how I showed up to the gym this morning.

There was a time when even with my best outfit, full face of makeup, and perfect hair, I still felt awkward, insecure, and judged walking into a room full of people. The truth is, the harshest judge back then was me.

Not anymore.

Through my weight loss journey, I’ve learned what self-love really means - showing up for myself, no matter how I look or how I feel.

It wasn’t my reflection that mattered this morning or what I was wearing. What mattered was that I was there. Making time for me, my health, and my happiness. 💪💖

I’ve learned that showing up isn’t about perfection. It’s about commitment.
