At Sophie’s Helping Hands at Home, we believe that quality care goes beyond daily tasks — it’s also about creating joyful moments and lasting memories. Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of taking one of my wonderful clients out to the driving range. With his cap on and golf glove ready, we enjoyed the sunshine, fresh air, and great conversation. There’s nothing quite like seeing the smile on his face after a good swing (or just a good laugh at me with my bad swing..!)
Whether it’s a trip out for golf, a walk in the park, or simply a chat over a cuppa — we’re here to make each day that little bit brighter 💙

🌞⛳ Proud Moments for a Worthy Cause 💚

Today I had the absolute pleasure of taking my wonderful client out to watch and support a very special group of people — my two brothers, my amazing boyfriend, and two close mates — as they take on the Longest Day Golf Challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support.

They are playing their hearts out in the sun, all to raise awareness and vital funds for those affected by cancer. My client had a fantastic time cheering them on and soaking in the incredible atmosphere — it meant so much to my client to be part of something so meaningful. 🏌️‍♂️❤️

Huge respect to you all! I couldn’t be prouder of these lads for putting their energy and heart into such an important cause. A day full of smiles, sunshine, and solidarity. 💚
