Raise your hand if you've only ever booked a massage when something was properly wrong. šŸ™‹

No judgement - it's how most people think about it. But massage therapy isn't just an emergency fix.

It's maintenance. Like a car service, not a breakdown recovery.

The clients who come in regularly? They carry less tension, recover faster, and spend a lot less time being stopped in their tracks by pain.

You don't need to wait until you're desperate.
DM me "INFO" and let's get something pencilled in. 🧔

You know the one.

The hip that clicks. The shoulder that twinges on a press. The lower back that's fine - until it isn't. šŸ˜“

You've been managing it. Working around it. Telling yourself it'll sort itself out.
It won't.

Niggles are your body's way of asking for some actual attention - not just another stretch and hope for the best.

If something's been quietly getting in the way of training the way you want to, DM me "NI**LE" and let's have a proper look. 🧔

Thinking about booking but not quite sure what to expect? This one's for you!

A lot of people put off their first appointment because they're not sure what it actually involves - whether they'll need to know exactly what they want, whether it'll feel weird, whether it's really "for them."

The answer to all of that is: no, it won't, and yes it absolutely is.

Swipe through to see exactly what a session with me looks like - from the moment you walk in, to the morning after. šŸ‘‰

And if any of it resonates - DM me "INFO" and we'll have a chat. No pressure at all. Just a conversation about what you need. 🧔

Dora booked her first session not quite knowing what to expect. This is what she came out feeling.

First bookings can feel like a big decision. I get it. But on the other side of that decision is an hour where someone actually listens, actually adapts to what you need, and actually checks in the next day to make sure you're doing okay.

That's not standard. But it should be.

DM me "INFO" if you'd like to chat about booking your first session - no pressure at all 🧔

Today I’m wearing green (my way) šŸ’š

And honestly, Mental Health Awareness Week feels personal this year, because mental health has been a big part of my story.

I was diagnosed with Level 1 Autism and ADHD in April last year. Before that, a long stretch of burnout, a difficult period that forced me to stop, and a history with anorexia that started when I was 15.

I know what it feels like when your brain and your body are not on the same side.

And that’s partly why massage means so much to me, not just as a therapist, but as someone who gets on the table too.

Because when everything feels like too much, having that space to stop, breathe, and just exist in your body for an hour? It changes things.

Not overnight... but it adds up.

It’s why I believe so strongly that massage therapy isn’t a luxury.
It’s healthcare. For the body AND the brain.

Today is also Wear It Green Day in support of the Mental Health Foundation - swipe to see their graphic and find out more.

If you’re struggling right now, you’re not alone.

And if you’ve ever been curious about how massage could support your mental health, DM me ā€œINFOā€ and let’s have a chat 🧔

One massage helped. But consistent massage? That's where the real difference is made.

This isn't a sales pitch - it's just the honest truth about how bodies work. Tension builds over time. It releases over time. And a treatment plan that's built around your actual life will always get you further than a one-off when things get bad.

Mental Health Awareness Week feels like the right moment to say: your brain and body deserve ongoing support. Not just crisis management.

DM me "INFO" šŸ‘‰ let's chat about what that could look like for you

Someone you care about struggling with stress? Here’s 5 professional massage techniques to help them out... 🫶

Mental Health Awareness Week felt like the perfect time to share this - because stress doesn’t just live in the mind. It sets up camp in the shoulders, the neck, the jaw.

And sometimes the kindest thing you can do for someone you love is help them physically let go of some of it.

These are five techniques I use every single day in the treatment room, shared here because everyone deserves a bit of relief.

Save this šŸ”– - and if their tension needs more than a home massage can fix, you know where to send them šŸ˜‰

People always say how comfortable my couch is. And look - I'll take that compliment every time. But it's not an accident.

Every layer is chosen on purpose. Because the moment you lie down, your body needs to feel safe enough to actually let go. That's when the real work begins - for both of us.

Behind every good treatment is a setup nobody sees. This is mine.

DM me "INFO" if you fancy finding out what all the fuss is about 🧔

Not every session looks the same.

Some are chatty.
Some are silent.
Some take a turn you don’t expect.

I think people assume massage is just about working out knots.

But sometimes… it’s the first moment all week someone hasn’t had to hold it together.

No emails.
No expectations.
No pretending you’re fine.

Just a bit of space to be a human for a minute.

And whatever shows up in that space?
That’s okay.

The laughs.
The tears.
The ā€œI didn’t realise I needed thisā€ moments.

All of it counts. All of its important.

Compassionate care, always 🧔

You don't have time for a massage.

I hear it a lot.

And honestly? The people who say it are usually the ones who need it most.

Not because they're doing anything wrong. But because somewhere along the way, their own needs got pushed to the bottom of the list - and staying there started to feel normal.

Tight neck. Broken sleep. A brain that's still running at 11pm when everything else has stopped.

That's not just stress. That's your body asking - quite loudly - for an hour to itself.

60 minutes. That's a treatment. Less than an episode of whatever you're watching to wind down.

And unlike that episode, you'll actually wake up the next day feeling different.

If "I don't have time" has been your reason for a while now - DM me, and let's find a slot that fits around real life. 🧔

Your period isn't just "that time of the month."

It's your body running a full hormonal shift - every single month.

And if you've ever noticed that your shoulders are tighter, your sleep is worse, your lower back aches more, and your brain has basically checked out in the week before your period? That's not in your head. 🧔

Swipe through - because there's a lot your cycle is already trying to tell you, and massage therapy can actually help more than most people realise. šŸ‘‰

And if you want a treatment timed around where you are in your cycle - that's something we can absolutely work with. DM me and we'll get you pencilled in.
