‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living 🙌!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹, Fiona has truly transformed her life.

🤩Recipe of the Week 🤩

🍒Cherry bakewell pots🍒

We’ve captured the almond and cherry flavours of an iconic British tart

🤩Ingredients 🤩

⭐️375g no-added-sugar, fat-free vanilla yogurt
⭐️½ tsp almond extract
⭐️250g fresh or frozen cherries, pitted, plus whole fresh cherries to serve
⭐️3 level tbsp cherry conserve
⭐️15g flaked almonds
⭐️375g no-added-sugar, fat-free cherry yogurt

🤩Method 🤩

⭐️Mix together the vanilla yogurt and almond extract, then mix the cherries with the conserve.

⭐️Heat a small, non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Add the almonds and cook until lightly toasted and golden, shaking the pan occasionally. Tip onto a plate to cool.

⭐️Evenly layer up the vanilla-almond yogurt, cherry yogurt and the jammy cherries in 4 jars or dessert glasses. Divide over the toasted almonds, then enjoy straight away with extra fresh cherries, or chill until ready to eat.

🥪Cheese and onion sandwich🥪

No such thing as a Free lunch? This tasty sandwich begs to differ! Who loves a sandwich? What’s your favourite?
I love this cheese and onion sandwich, healthier and cheaper than a shop bought version.

🥪Ingredients 🥪

⭐️40g reduced-fat Cheddar, grated
⭐️2 spring onions, finely chopped
⭐️2 tbsp fat-free natural cottage cheese
⭐️2 small slices bread from a 400g wholemeal loaf

🤩Method 🤩

⭐️Mix the Cheddar with the spring onions and the cottage cheese, and use the mixture to fill the bread. Slice in half to serve. This is great with a mixed salad on the side.

I'M SO SO SO SAD TO ANNOUNCE THIS..

It really is with a very heavy heart. 💔💔

I love my role and everything that comes with it... but I am officially done in.. I'm exhausted . 😪

Slimming World unfortunately is taking up too much of my time. I’m struggling to keep up with the everyday chores of cooking, cleaning, looking after a home and maintaining a hectic social life, so something has to give. 🙈

So I have decided to step away from one of my roles and get rid of all my supplies. 👌

Below is a list of what's available. Serious enquiries only, no low offers.

🤩Recipe of the Week 🤩

Korean barbecue chicken

Korea’s cuisine has grown hugely in popularity in recent years... one bite of these gochujang-marinated, sesame-sprinkled chicken chunks will show you why!
This recipe is taken from our Ultimate Fakeaways cookbook, available exclusively to Slimming World members.

🤩Ingredients 🤩

⭐️2 level tbsp gochujang paste
⭐️2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
⭐️½ level tsp sugar
⭐️1cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
⭐️1 garlic clove, crushed
⭐️600g skinless and boneless chicken thighs, visible fat removed, each cut lengthways into 3 pieces
⭐️2 level tsp sesame seeds

🤩Method 🤩

⭐️Put the gochujang paste, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic and a little seasoning in a wide bowl and mix well. Add the chicken pieces, toss to coat and set aside to marinate – ideally 1 hour in the fridge, but even 10 minutes is worth it.

⭐️Heat your oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4.

⭐️Line a large baking tray with kitchen foil and arrange the chicken on the tray, spaced apart as much as possible. Scatter with the sesame seeds and roast for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

⭐️Transfer the chicken to a plate and serve with rice and lots of Speed vegetables or a crisp, finely chopped salad.
