Join us for a powerful and uplifting talk at Romany Moon barn Towcester, where David Wilson, better known as Sober Dave, shares his inspiring journey of transformation after 40 years of heavy drinking, including stories from his 8 years as “Dave the Carpet” on 60 minute makeover and being hungover on ITV’s The Lorraine Show.

Now 6.5 years alcohol-free, David’s life has changed in every way — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This isn’t a lecture about what you should or shouldn’t do, it’s an open, honest and motivational story about choosing a better path, finding self-worth, and discovering a new sense of freedom and clarity.

Expect real talk. No shame. Just hope and motivationally conversation.

Whether you’re sober, sober curious, or simply interested in improving your well-being, this talk will leave you:

Motivated to take small, positive steps

Inspired by what’s possible at any stage of life

Reflective about your own relationship with alcohol (if you choose to be)

Uplifted by the message of change, growth, and second chances
