Fibro and moving on

I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia in 2021 , it hasn’t really caused me any issues, well until 5 weeks ago.
I’m suffer from awful silent reflux , I get full after the smallest meals . I have been on omeprazole for 4 weeks they haven’t made a difference so the dr swaped me to Famotidine , they are not helping 😪
Back to the drs next month , I have a feeling it will be another endoscopy 🤢

Happy 50th to me, yes I got some amazing presents but I also got aches, pains and fatugue. Wasnt I lucky ?

Oh i forgot to post but guess who i saw in concert a few weeks ago in london ?
Yes the one and only Lady gaga .
Lady gaga did an amazing show , she danced and entertained non stop for 2.5 hours .
How ??? How does she manage with fibro ?

Sunday evening i came over feeling terrible, body pains, headache and sore throat. I went to bed early but i couldn’t sleep because as soon as i laid down i couldn’t stop coughing
In the morning i tested for covid and it was positive, i spent the moning in bed, i drank honey and lemon, i took pain killers and by 3pm i was at work and have been since
This is the third time i have had covid , this is the first time i have been luckily enough to have it so mildly

If fibromyalgia isnt painful enough, im now suffering from Cervical radiculopathy, a pinched nerve in my neck that causes intense pain in my upper back and all down the arm .
Haven’t found a medication to ease the pain. Been referred for physio, starts 22nd Oct , feels like a life time away when you are in pain 😪

An average working week day 🥵
So ive been up 13 hours and in them 13 hours ive been stood for 10 hours, trust me my legs and feet are screaming in pain and i will suffer tonight 🤕
How many steps do you manage a day ?
