My programs: REVIVE or EVOLVE… which one feels right for you? 🌿

Example: From a gut health perspective, I offer two levels of personalised support depending on how deep you want to go:

✨ REVIVE (6 weeks)
Perfect if you’re not ready for testing but want expert guidance. We’ll focus on targeted diet and lifestyle changes to support and optimise your gut function.

✨ EVOLVE (6 months)
For a deeper, more clinical approach. This includes comprehensive gut testing, full analysis, and ongoing support. I liaise directly with the lab, so you benefit from both my expertise and theirs. We’ll use targeted interventions and re-testing to track your progress—though you’ll likely feel the difference in your symptoms too.

🧬 With testing, we uncover:
• Strain-level insights (because not all bacteria affect your health the same way)
• Imbalances in diversity and dominant “bad” bacteria
• Exactly what your gut needs to restore balance and thrive

🌱 Seeds of Hope

If you’re on a trying-to-conceive journey, you don’t have to walk it alone 🤍

This gentle, bi-weekly support group is a safe space for women who are navigating fertility challenges and looking for understanding, emotional support, and kindness through this chapter of life.

You will be supported by Sam (Counsellor, Therapy with Sammy ) and Caz (Registered nutritional therapy practitioner).

Together, we’ll share, listen, and learn — with each session including supportive group conversation, evidence-based dietary and lifestyle guidance, and plenty of space for your questions.

We’ll also end each session with a calming and uplifting book club moment — a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of joy ✨

📅 First dates: Sunday 14th June and Sunday 28th June (July onwards TBC)
⏰ 4:00–5:30pm
📍 The Wellbeing Centre, Brackley
💛 £20 per month (includes both sessions)

Chia seed & kefir snack pot for Fibre goals (for the whole family)

Total fibre = 7-8g !

- 70ml kefir yoghurt drink (great way to get in some fermented food in to your day)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (stir in to the kefir and leave in fridge for 1hr hour or you can leave overnight as a prepped snack)
- 1 tbsp milled seeds (on top)
- Small handful berries (on top) (or any chopped fruit whereby you can keep skin on for fibre)
+ any other nuts you fancy (on top)

Great for you and great for the kids!

Safety note: prepare fruit in size appropriate to child’s age, and omit whole nuts for under 5s.

A beautiful review from my Health Analysis package.

This is my introductory level package and we get to look at your current diet and lifestyle, and supplement regime. Then I support you with appropriate and evidence-based recommendations.

As it is a short package, we don’t have the time to delve into personalised recommendations for specific health goal or health conditions BUT it is such a great way to get on track for a healthier way of being.

Loaded Pitta - Great for protein goals.

Quick to prep balanced lunch or dinner that contains 30g of protein.

You can mix up the additional toppings or veggie sides.

1 wholemeal pitta
100g Cottage Cheese (stir in 1 tbsp of harissa for a nice flavour!)
1/2 Mozzarella ball
= gives you 30g of protein!!
+ 1 sliced tomato 🍅
+ roasted red peppers (from a jar)

On the side:
+ crispy kale or a leafy green salad
+ seeds for extra fibre

Make it like a pitta pizza and put in the over for 15mins at 180c.
