I am super excited to announce a new Friday lunch time class 12.30 at Locks ride Pavilion a beautiful new building over looking the cricket green. Starting next Friday the 23rd May. My plan is to be outside when the weather is kind. I’ve missed being outside in this lovely weather so hugely grateful to secure the Pavilion for this summer 🤩. Weights V’s Pilates 🧘‍♀️ 💪 we could discuss the pro’s and con’s of both but to be honest there are very few cons to either. Personally there was always a certain fear factor around weights but that’s long gone with woman’s areas in gyms and far more acceptance and knowledge of all the benefits it brings. The dream workout for me starts with weights and ends in pilates. The PERFECT COMBINATION! Xx
