Day 4 / 25 🍑💪🏻

B***y and abs on the mat today with Pilates by Izzy and wow I felt every single rep 🔥

After losing 9 stone on the 1:1 Diet I’ve learned how important it is to build strength after weight loss not just focus on the scales. These sessions are helping me tone tighten and feel stronger from the inside out 🤍

No quick fixes. Just showing up day after day and putting in the work 👊🏻

Day 4 goals:

Day 3 / 25 🤍💪🏻

Noticing those chocolate cravings creeping in at the same time each day 🍫 but the key is to keep busy and stay focused on why I started!

I’m actually not aching as much as I expected from the Pilates (which means it’s working in all the right ways 👏🏻). Just taking it one day at a time and trusting the process….I can’t wait to see the changes by day 25 💪🏻

Evening run with Jenna ✅💪🏻

Finished my run feeling strong but I’ll be honest — this afternoon was a struggle without my usual 1:1 bar! They’ve become such a staple for me, but I wanted to break the habit of reaching for chocolate just for the sake of it.

Sometimes it’s about recognising what’s a craving and what’s just routine… and today was a good reminder of that.

Proud I pushed through, got the run done and stayed focused 🙌🏻

Grief is a journey I walk every single day. Some days it feels heavy, and some days it’s lighter, but it’s always there in the background. 🌻💛
I’ve needed my mum so much recently, doubting myself and needing to know if I’ve done the right thing, I’ve felt like I can’t feel her around… But she is still close by, watching over me and telling me it’s ok like she would’ve if she were here 🥹

Glutes and abs were on fire today 🔥 Pilates by Izzy absolutely delivered again — my core and legs are feeling it!

After losing 9 stone on the 1:1 Diet, following a plan has always been my thing. It keeps me focused, accountable and reminds me what consistency really looks like.

2 days in and already feeling stronger 💪🏻

Day 1 / 25 🤍💪🏻

Kicking off my 25 day challenge today — Pilates, steps, run, clean eating and 3 litres of water a day.

After losing 9 stone on the 1:1 Diet (link in bio for info 😉), I’ve always loved following a plan. It keeps me focused, accountable and gives me that sense of purpose every single day.

I can’t wait to see the changes in my body and strength at the end of these 25 days. So here’s my before vid 🙌🏻

Day 1 Summary:

Dinner time 🤍
Vegetarian mince, tenderstem broccoli and a baked sweet potato drizzled with hot honey – the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and satisfying 👌🏻 (although if you do have recommendations of a spicier honey leave a comment please 🥰)

After today’s steps, Pilates and run, this meal hit the spot! Simple, clean and full of goodness 💪🏻

🏃‍♀️ Evening miles with Jenna 🤍

Picked up an extra 7,000 steps towards my daily goal tonight with a slow run to keep the heart rate nice and low. It doesn’t always have to be about speed or distance — sometimes it’s just about moving your body, getting fresh air and enjoying it 💪🏻👊🏻

Every step counts, especially the ones that remind you how far you’ve come.

🥗 Lunch done right 🤍

Keeping things simple but balanced today — 2 hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, a couple of slices of sourdough, lettuce and avocado.

Since hitting my 9st weight loss, I’m all about fuelling properly and trusting myself to make balanced choices. Protein, healthy fats and good carbs — it doesn’t need to be complicated, just consistent 👊🏻💪🏻

Breakfast sets the tone 🥣

I’ve made the decision that for these 25 days and since maintaining my 9st weight loss for the most part of this year other than my holiday etc , I’m not going to track calories.
Instead, I’m trusting myself and focusing on balance, structure and consistency.

Three meals a day, all prepped for three days at a time so there’s no guessing, no excuses and no overwhelm.

This morning’s breakfast: mixed berries with fat-free Greek yoghurt 🍓 Simple, satisfying and one less thing to think about.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about proving to myself that I’ve learnt how to fuel my body the right way and that I can trust myself to do it.

Day 1/25 💪🏻 Pilates with Izzy….done!

5:30am and I was on that mat. No snooze button, no excuses….just me showing up for me.

This is what my 25 days to get stronger challenge is all about… building consistency, showing up when it’s hard, and getting stronger from the inside out.

It’s not about perfection — it’s about effort, every single day.

One session down, 24 to go 👊🏻
