腰背痛、膝蓋痛，更多時候是沿於骨盆問題。工作或日常雜務長時間的姿勢不良，或運動創傷，導致骨盆歪斜。骨盆歪斜造成肌肉不平衡、拉扯牽引，產生肩膀疼痛、腰背痛、膝蓋痛等疼症。當醫師告訴您是骨盆問題，也許還是半信半疑的。戰戰兢兢的嚐試全身推拿，當下覺得不錯。但回家後恢復日常生活，工作繼續繁重，不久痛症又恢復。

理想當然是跟從醫師給大家的叮嚀，但現實總是殘酷，誰不想請個專業教練，好好做運動？

最近看到這本書《對症骨盆回正訓練》，分享給大家，可作調理後的補強訓練。

本書介紹七大骨盆歪斜類型，及如何透過伸展運動紓緩。本書亦簡單地編排了伸展課程，易於跟進。

再次強調，疼痛的部位，不一定是出問題的部位。因此得先診斷，再去進行訓練。

另外，長期疼痛，免不了骨盆歪斜造成肌肉不平衡。因此，先推拿整復，再運動補強是較理想的次序。
