On February 17th, we enter the Year of the Fire Horse.

And this is not subtle energy.
Horse energy does not wait.
It does not tiptoe.
It does not ask for permission.
It runs.

The Horse represents:
• Momentum
• Courage
• Independence
• Breaking out of restrictions
• Instinct over overthinking

But this isn’t just any Horse year.
This is Fire Horse energy.

Fire adds:
• Intensity
• Visibility
• Leadership
• Passion
• Rapid transformation
• Emotional truth

This is bold energy.
No more shrinking.
No more sitting on ideas.
No more pretending you’re comfortable where you’re not.

If you’ve been feeling restless…
Like something is building…
Like you’re ready but slightly afraid of the leap…
That’s Fire meeting Horse.
But fire must be directed.
Unregulated, it burns out.
Grounded, it becomes power.

This is where energy work becomes vital.
When momentum builds, your nervous system needs to feel safe expanding.
When inner fire rises, your body needs to know how to hold it.
When change moves fast, you need clarity so you don’t scatter your energy.

The work I offer supports exactly that:
• Awakening inner fire safely
• Releasing what weighs you down
• Grounding bold expansion into the body
• Helping you move forward without losing yourself

The Horse doesn’t carry what slows it.
It sheds. It strengthens. It runs with intention.

In this chaotic and challenging times I feel these words by really lands.

And I think we can take something away from it. If you find these times too loud and fast make the time to step out into the quiet. Walk along the beach, breath in the air of the forest, sit on a park bench. Ground yourself with the energy of the earth. Feel yourself connected and rooted with Mother Nature. Anchor.

When you are grounded in yourself and your energy you are in your power. You have agency and control. Instead of being buffeted you can choose what you absorb. You can respond rather than get caught up in reaction.
