Whilst our office spaces were designed to be flexible and open to cater for a variety of structures, teams, and industries, we wanted to show you just how great the space can be as a classic team base! Multiple desks, private WiFi and a 43” TV, cosy armchairs, and vibrant plants make the space smart, warm, and welcoming - ideal for hosting clients or gathering for team meetings.

Each office comes fully furnished, but we love to collaborate with our office community, so we make sure that everyone gets the perks that work well for them.

Need to work non-traditional hours? Our free parking and private entrances mean you can come and go with no fuss and no hidden fees.

Need somewhere where you can build a community without having to leave your workspace? Our Community Days and local business discounts are perfect to connect with like-minded professionals right outside your office door.

Need a space to upscale and grow into? Our available space can easily fit 14 people over two offices, meaning you can focus on ensuring your business can build and thrive with ease.

Our July Community Day is not far away, and we've got Lifework favourite Jim Hughes returning for another workshop!

Start your day by catching up with the rest of our Lifework community over delicious free pastries and coffee from 8:30 am. At noon, Untamed Founder Jim will host the workshop, "When You're Standing at a Crossroads: How to Choose the Best Path" Read the full description of Jim's talk below:

Do you ever get that feeling a change is due: your business no longer excites you, you've reached a ceiling in your job, or a key relationship needs a refresh - but you have no clear sense of what's next? A persistent feeling that says, not this… but what?

This workshop is for individuals who find themselves at one of those pivotal moments. Not stuck, exactly, just pulled. Maybe a bit lost. Maybe tired of second-guessing.

Together, we'll explore what's really going on beneath the surface by meeting your inner Cast - the different voices, fears, and desires that all have something to say when you're trying to make a decision. You'll learn how to hear them more clearly, hold space for their competing agendas, and ultimately connect with the part of you that knows how to lead. This isn't about quick fixes or perfect plans; it's about tuning into what's important to you in order to create a life you love.

Finally, at 1pm those who can will gather around the big table and eat lunch together. Whether you order from Hartley Farm or bring your own, this is always a lovely way to be intentional with the community around us.

When we say we’re a co-working space for the local community, we mean it!

When looking for a home for Lifework Communities, we loved that hartleyfarm was surrounded by dozens of smaller communities whilst still being accessible to the hussle and bustle of Bath. It’s given a space for those who want somewhere away from the kitchen table or the busy train platform, whilst still being surrounded by the countryside that they love.

Our location is one of the many ways we’ve chosen to champion our local community, making it easier for local freelancers, remote workers, and growing teams to embrace a working rhythm that suits their lives. So if you’re local and you haven’t had the chance to visit us yet, we’d love to see you! 🧡

Our June Community Day is not far away, and we've got a fantastic workshop lined up!

At 12:30pm, we will have neurodivergent coach and Lifework member Alice Irving host the workshop, "Finding Balance: Thriving as a Neurodivergent Professional." Read the full description of Alice's talk below:

“Join me for 60 minutes of crucial insights on performing at your best, breaking the burnout cycle whilst being authentic, ambitious, and well-regulated as you take on the next stage of your career.
We'll discuss the particularities of the neurodivergent experience in high-achieving environments and explore ways to support ourselves and our neurodivergent colleagues. All tailored to your particular brain and body NOT neurotypicals!” 🧠

Our yoga sessions are BACK for a summer series and the first classes are tomorrow and this Sunday! ☀️🧘🏼‍♀️

We’re excited to have Jane return to our beautiful mezzanine and host these classes once more. Don’t worry, all abilities and yoga experiences are welcome - the perfect way to make the most of a lunch break or a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

With classes starting at £7, it’s an easy way to ensure you prioritise self-care and community whilst not breaking the bank.💆🏾
