Last night I did not sleep, therefore today I was in an incredibly foggy headspace despite my excitement for the gem show, I decided to test the blend out in myself upon making โ€ฆ yes the fog lifted & I feel back in my bubble ๐Ÿซง & grounded again & I must admit my mind has stopped racing as much๐Ÿค

Lavender for calm & tranquility, aromatic, may aid with sleep, stress & Skin irritation ๐Ÿ’œ

The Salt Soaks have a blend of salts! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿง‚
